FAQ

How much do you charge?

That’s entirely dependent on what sort of project we’re talking about. With few exceptions, I don’t charge by the hour. Instead, I’ll produce a custom quote for your project.

Quoting for the value the copy will bring your business allows me to give your project the time and attention necessary to produce world-class copy that will get you results. It also means you know exactly how much the project is going to cost given the agreed-upon scope.

You should know that I will ask your budget in advance. I do this so that I can prioritize the highest-ROI deliverables and control the scope of the project to ensure you get what you need within budget, as well as to prevent needless back-and-forth.

To be quite frank, if you’re withholding your budget in an attempt to get a bargain, you’re only cheating yourself. Without knowing your budget, I’m either going to propose a solution that is entirely outside of your price range or missing additional elements that could increase the effectiveness of your marketing.

Will you work in other niches?

Sometimes. In addition to SaaS and IT, I’ve also worked with clients in healthcare, real estate, fitness and more.

If you have a project that is outside of my specialty, get in touch and I’ll see whether it’s a project I’m interested in and capable of producing great copy for.

When can you start on my project?

I can usually get started on your project within 1-2 weeks, however, this is not always the case. If you reach out, I can provide a detailed estimate of when I can get started on your project.

Have an urgent need for great copywriting? If possible, I’ll jump you to the top of my list and extend my working hours to meet the deadline, just be aware that there is a 50% fee increase.

How do you send invoices?

I send digital invoices via Square, so you can pay with any major credit card.  If we have to get fancy because you’re based outside of the United States we’ll figure something out.
